To me this shows that he is not as violent as people want to make him out to be.If he was violent he would have hit the guy.Thats shows me that he really has to be pushed to the limit to react in a violent way(not saying its right ,just sayin)If it was me and he had done that to my mom I would have beat the guys ass period

If I thought someone poisoned my mom I would get pissed too and so would you.I think everyone has a temper and make mistakes and people need to stop judging Chris because only God can do that..I know he wrong for hitting a women but there is two sides to every story and no one really knows wat happened..so they need to shut the hell up and stop hating on Chris cause everyone makes mistakes

How does this video show he`s violent? After he threatened the waiter, he said, "Gone bout your own buiness." Chris would`ve cracked the man in his face already if he was violent. Ya`ll know if that was your mom you`d be pissed too, and some of ya`ll would even b^tch slap the man already.

I just stumbled on this video, and I was telling a friend I remember seeing Chris on Punk'd and how upset he got, and I do believe he viciously beat Rihanna, but I'm sure there's a lot more to the story. Her provoking him is not even the issue, they both were arguing over an issue, and he choose to handle it by beating her which is wrong. He could have handled it differently. He comes off like a spoiled brat, that gets his way, and just because he's a talented singer he can do what he wants, well now he got a does of reaality, and now knows that he can't behave this way, whether he wants to be or not, he is a role model and young people look up to him. It will take a long time for him to live this down, and frankly, I don't think he ever will. I certainly won't be byying any of his music. I have lost total respect for him.

I think this is proof he is not violent. Most violent people don't warn you to get away from them. If he were violent that restaurant would have been torn to shreds. If he hit her and we still have no proof he was wrong but was probrably provoked. In my opinion this is proof that he has some restraint.
