Elijah Wood Gets Punk'd

Elijah and his friend drive by a dumpster and Elijah throws a can into it and after driving away from it the dumpster explodes and knocks a huge shelf with paint down onto a car and destroys it. He gets blamed but promises to never smoke in the car again.
