Rachel Bilson's dog is being blamed for the tipping of a mail delivery truck and the breaking of a water main. The police officer lets her know that she's going to be in a lot of trouble because of what her dog did. The water company and everybody on the scene are giving poor Rachel a hard time about all the damage. Finally Ashton arrives on the scene to let Rachel off the hook.
